Alert! Online order scam in the toner cartridge and printer ink industry.

Hello, I am writing this article to let all the online marketers and particularly to the Toner Cartridge & Printer Ink Industry about a very unusual increase of fraudulent orders. The Toner Laser Cartridge industry and we believe all the online etailers in general, are suffering and wasting time and resources trying to stop a very common new order toner cartridge and printer ink scam. This was very usual on other types of business but we, as business, are receiving more and more request of these types of orders.
How the scam works:
They contact you and request a top toner cartridge seller item such as HP, Brother at least those are the ones we had received
They usually contact asking for pricing on the toner, shipping (no handling), rush shipping options and they give you just the city and zipcode to calculate the shipping cost of your toner laser cartridges
They use a very weird email, from gmail, hotmail, yahoo, and other free services and the ask for a very large order quote.
They referrer them self as Customer Service, this set the alert since usually we receive toner cartridges quote request from the purchasing department not from customer service are you following me so far?
After you reply with the info you received and approval from them like yes we need it by tomorrow! Uh!
Then they compliment you about your diligence to deliver the quote!
If you send any nonpayment process documentation to fill out they will send it signed! But if you ask them for credit card copy and driver license of the card holder! THEY DON'T SEND YOU ANY MORE REQUESTS! Isn't this weird!

This is one of the most resent fake toner cartridge quote requests! Trying to get you with a chargeback!

So be aware of this situation, I think this is a very common practice out there but we really notice an increase in the toner cartridge and printer ink industry.
